  • Full refunds are available if no significant portion of the service has been executed.
  • Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if some services have been rendered, but the project has not been completed.

Return Policy

Free Spinal Plushie offer

The Spinal Plushie promo is valid only for chiropractic clinics that take the GSP service after qualifying their location in the https://gspatients.com/holidays form between December 16th and 23rd of 2022. Being this week’s offer valid until 11:59 pm (EST) on December 23rd.

The customer will be enabled to receive the Spinal Plushie once a service agreement is reached with Get Spanish-Speaking Patients.

Fresh Start 2023 Offer

The Fresh Start 2023 Offer is valid between 9 A.M MST on December 27th to 20 P.M MST on January 6th and applies only to management fees (ad spent does not apply to this offer).

The offer enables discounts by upfronting amounts of January 2023’s management fee.

After upfronting $150, the clinic enables 10% OFF for January 2023’s management fee.

After the first $150 upfronted, the discount can be upgraded by 10% for every $250 upfronted of the management fee. Being 30%, the maximum applicable discount.

Management fee restrictions:

With applied discounts, the limit management fee can’t be lower than USD 900 during January’s month of service.

Referral Discounts

Get Spanish-speaking patients offers their active customers benefits by recommending our services to different businesses and rewarding them whenever they take the service and renew their first month.

  1. The reward is equivalent to 16.67% of the customer’s management fee, limited to $250 per referred new client.
  2. The benefit becomes active after the referral decides to continue with the service after their first month
  3. This benefit continues while both parties (referred and referral) use the GSP services
  4. Active customers referring to new businesses can also receive cash payments if the referral benefits exceed their monthly management fee.
  5. Limited-time deals can be activated with different rewards.
